Just the Faq's, ma'am...
Some people just can't get enough information...
so here is everything you should need to know about choosing,
selecting, ordering, paying and shipping. Just don't ask us
how we do what we do... because we aren't going to tell you!
How much notice do I need to give for my order?
There are two very short answers to this
question. 1. That depends. 2. As much as possible. If
Birdz & Beez is providing 100 personalized candles for your wedding,
you might want to let us know as soon as you do! On gift baskets,
some can take up to a week depending on the theme and extravagance
of the basket. Candy bar wrappers can be ready in 72 hours but
in many instances, 24 hours. Just call our office and let us
know what you are interested in. We can tell you immediately
how long it will take to complete your request.
Do you keep any "pre-made" items for last minute
orders?
So, the wife's birthday is tomorrow
and you totally forgot. Dude, we've got you covered. We
keep a moderate stock of seasonal candles for last minute gift giving.
We can also put together personalized candy bar wrappers, and some
of our bath and body items pretty quickly. Gift certificates
for services can be purchased at any time and can be mailed or
picked up/delivered for immediate gift needs.

What payment methods to you accept?
Money, money, money, money... money....
Birdz and Beez strives to be as customer oriented as possible.
We accept credit cards through PayPal at your time of purchase.
I noticed that you don't use Almond Oil in your
body products. Is there a specific reason for that?
Well, duh! Yeah... or else we wouldn't have
done it that way! We researched our recipes extensively before
putting our line into production. A concern for us has been
the possibility of sweet almond oil
causing an adverse reaction in those individuals with tree nut
allergies. To avoid that potential situation, we have chosen
to refrain from the use of tree nut oils. We DO use coconut
oil and shea butter, but those items are not in the same allergen
family as tree nuts OR peanuts. All of our ingredients are
clearly listed on our products pages for your safety! We are
doing our best to create the safest and most enjoyable products that
we can! There are a lot of nuts
around here, but none of them are in the products that we ship to
you!
Do you use unnecessary chemicals or fillers?
Well, that just wouldn't be necessary so, NO!
The only items in our products are the natural ingredients that are
included in our proprietary recipes. We do not use mineral
oil, talc, petroleum, sodium lauryl sulfate or artificial
preservatives.
How do I determine an expiration date on my
products?
Well, this stuff is natural and nothing natural
is going to last forever. Hello, it's not white bread! Since our
products are made from natural ingredients, we are unable to
calculate an exact expiration date. The date the item is
created is the day of or the day after your payment has cleared our
processing system. We recommend that our products are stored
in a cool dark place, or even the refrigerator, to prolong the life
of your product. Although it may be tempting, for best results, you
should not store your products in the bathroom.
Do you test on animals?
NO! We only test on willing human
volunteers! We have a group of men, women and children that
test our finished products for us and report on the performance of
those products. We must be sure that our products work as they
should and are safe for sale. If you stand
still for long enough around here, you are going to be tested on.
Fair warning...
Do you have a minimum order that is required?
We don't chose to have minimum order
requirements. Believe me, we could but we don't. All
orders are important no matter how large or small. However,
our prices are subject to change at our discretion at any time.
The prices on our website will be kept up to date however, if a
posted price is incorrect we do reserve the right to cancel your
order and refund your payment.
Can I change or cancel an order once placed?
No way, Jose. Once you submit your order,
it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our products are not
created until an order is placed and funds have been received.
When you press the Submit button, be sure you want it because it's
going to be made JUST FOR YOU!
What is your return/exchange policy?
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before
shipping. Because the nature (ha, ha - get it? - nature!!!) of
our products are personal care items, we can not accept returns or
exchanges on opened products EXCEPT in the event of a defective
item. Items that are returned to us without prior approval
will be discarded and NO REFUND will be issued. Return
shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
How do you ship your diaper gifts?
In the Kansas City Metro Area, delivery is
available for a small fee. Outside our service area our
diapers are available for delivery for a much much larger fee.
We prefer to fly first class, the diapers need their own seat and we
would like a suite at the Ritz. If that doesn't work for you
then you can have your diapers shipped using USPS and UPS.

What should I do if my package is damaged during
shipment?
First of all, just don't accept damaged
goods. All orders leave our facility in excellent condition.
All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours to the delivery
company. You are responsible for filling out damage claims with
delivery company. What we do is our problem, what the shipping
company does is theirs. If they break it, they fix it.
What are personalized diapers?
Well, what does it sound like? We have
taken high quality disposable diapers and added the baby's name,
custom saying and/or graphics to the back side. Personalized
diapers have many options to make them completely unique.
Why do personalized diapers make a good gift?
Well, they certainly are unique! These are
just the perfect gift to give to a new set of parents or
grandparents. Think of all the "firsts" that occur and all the
pictures that are taken. We can personalized diapers for all
holidays, birthdays, special events, vacations, etc. This is a
great way to identify kids in daycare situations or twins (whoops,
don't want to get those guys mixed up!) with a new baby sitter!
Personalized diapers make great photo op's, and although they will
be used and disposed (seriously, once they're used, pitch 'em), the
novelty and uniqueness of these items will remain a delight!
Think of the hit you will be at the baby shower presenting a bushel
full of personalized diapers? You certainly wouldn't be giving
a duplicate gift! Unless you order two...
What kind of diapers do you personalize?
We use popular name
brands (not gonna tell you!) of disposable diapers manufactured in
the USA. Our customers have a choice of true white
diapers that are "standard" and a latex/chlorine/fragrance/dye free
alternative that is a bisque hue (psssst, bisque means tan!).
Both colors of diapers work extremely well for our printing.
What size of diapers do you personalize?
Well, what size is your
kid? Any size of commercial diaper can be personalized, but
size does count. The smaller sized diapers obviously have less
room on the back for us to work with. The most common sizes
that we produce are 1 - 3. The newborn packs will be in Size
1. Size 1 diapers fit babies from 8 - 14 lbs., Size 2
diapers fit babies from 12 - 18 lbs., Size 3 diapers fit
babies from 16 - 28 lbs. Please choose your size at checkout.
Special requests can be emailed to our office or discussed
with a Customer Service rep over the phone.
What if we don't know the name of the
baby?
There have been many cases where our personalized diapers have
been purchased before the baby's arrival. Sometime the sex is
known and other times not. Well, see, here's what you do...
you either wait and come back when you do know OR we have numerous
"standard" sayings that you can choose from, such as Prince,
Princess, Sweet Baby, Insert Baby Here, It's a Boy, It' a Girl, and
so forth. Just let us know what you have in mind.
This is going to be a gift and I would
like to send a message. How do I do that?
Morse code is the old way but we like to do it like this... Just
fill out your message in the "Comments" section of our ordering
page. If we are shipping to a different name/address than the
billing name/address, then a receipt will not be included.
Your gift message will be printed on a note card and included in
your shipment. We add a standard TO: and FROM: section to the
card so you always get the credit!
